Hi, I’m Jess!
I understand how much anxiety, depression, and trauma can impact daily functioning. I take a gentle, nonjudgmental approach to teaching you how to go from operating in panic mode to operating in practical decision-making mode.
My Background
I am a certified psychologist and executive functioning specialist working with adults and teens who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and overworked. I’ve spent 10+ years working in the mental health field as a school psychologist and an executive functioning coach. I have seen my clients beat themselves up for making mistakes, struggle to give themselves credit for their accomplishments, and battle with self-compassion. I have worked with so many intelligent, talented people who were just stuck in a fear state. I partnered with these individuals to help them achieve their career goals, organize their homes in a way that felt personal and unique to them, reconnect with their hobbies and interests, significantly reduce their stress levels, and build fulfilling lives both personally and professionally.
The reason I love this work is because I get to see results in real time. I have seen my clients advance their careers, form positive habits, establish consistent daily routines, build resilience, and take better care of their physical and emotional health. I am in awe of my clients’ success every day. My coaching style is holistic, which means that I spend time getting to know you and what makes you tick. We identify your strengths and growth areas, prioritizing balance and overall well-being.
