Determining Fit

After our discovery call, I will send you a recap of our call and an individualized plan designed around your specific needs so that you can determine if you would like to move forward.
Laying A Foundation For Success
I dedicate our early sessions to getting to know you. We will identify your values, core beliefs, top priorities, and executive functioning strengths and growth areas. We always start with what is already working. I promise you, even if you don’t think so, you have strengths, strategies, and insights into your behavior that are extremely valuable. I’m not here to change you or teach you all new systems. I am here to support you in expanding upon what you are already doing well.
Goal-Setting
We will use the information we gathered during our first feel sessions to create specific, clear, attainable long-term goals that are aligned with your values, belief systems, priorities, and strengths.
Planning & Prioritizing
We break our long-term goals down into short-term goals. We work backwards from your dreams and aspirations and create practical steps that will get you where you want to go.
Task-initiation
At this point, we have identified the strategies and systems that work best for you, and it is time to take action.
Tracking Progress
As you work towards achieving your goals, I support you in staying motivated, focused, organized, and accountable. We track progress towards your goals weekly.
Individualized Support
Please understand that the process is not always linear. You are human and you are going to lose motivation along the way. You are going to feel overwhelmed, lose focus, and get frustrated. That is okay because we will tackle all of it together. In addition to weekly sessions and weekly reports documenting your progress and continued growth areas, you will receive individualized support and accountability check-ins via text and/or email.
